Hello, I always use  Flowers for flowers when I am in town, but I am studying abroad this semester in Spain so I can't come in to pick out something for my mom for mother's day, but I was hoping you would be able to arrange something and deliver it to her. I like many of the mother's day arrangements on your website but would like something for a bit less - $30 would be best. I really like the Lasting Love basket. Would it be possible to do something like that for that price? I really appreciate you working with me on this. Dear Masters Flowers Owners and Pat, I had a wonderful thing happen to me today. It was late in the day here in Colorado (one hour later in Broken Arrow), when I was looking for a local florist in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to deliver some roses to my long-distance girlfriend. The moment I saw your name pop up in the top five at Google.com, I knew I had to call you since I am also a believer. The “Masters” Flowers spoke to me.

To make a long story short, I was having problems with my credit card and had to transfer funds and then just went out and bought a Master Card gift Card. By the time I called back and talked to Pat, it was already 4:30 your time. Although she told me that deliveries were shut down for the day, something caused her to change her mind and she committed to get the flowers delivered a.s.a.p. today! I was beyond blessed.

Without going into it all, my girlfriend had just undergone a very unfortunate situation that had her down and the flowers needed to get to her today. Your company went beyond the extra mile to accommodate me and delivered the flowers perfectly in a short time (most likely one of you made the delivery and not your delivery person).

So, kudos, kudos, and more kudos to all of you! Thank you for really making my day and Sandy’s day as well! I will be forever grateful! Your service today reminded me of how it used to be back in the day when service really meant something. You have renewed my faith in 21st Century retailers! Keep up the excellent work – your example is shining through and I know the Master is pleased!
